Journaling prompt: Put your arse where your heart wants to be

Journal prompt: Put your arse where your heart wants to be

Prompt: Put your arse where your heart wants to be

Put your arse where your heart wants to be.

I think about this quote a lot. It’s so simple and so effective.

If you truly want something, you need to be present and putting in the work every day.

The quote is from American author, Steven Pressfield, and I’ve ‘British-ised’ it a touch, but I think the sentiment still stands.

If you want to lose weight, you need to be in the gym. Want to write a script or a book? You better be in front of that keyboard. Want to be a better husband or father? Then be present with your partner or child.

Simple, but effective.

So, here’s todays prompt:

Happy journaling.
